Return & Refund Policy

  • Undamaged, stocking product can be returned for credit for up to 6 months from date of purchase without a restocking charge. After 6 months credit is by approval only, at lower of original sell or current sell with a 15% restocking fee and only for in-store credit.
  • After one year from purchase product will not be picked up or credited.
  • Proof of purchase is required. In many circumstances we can search your purchase history at no additional charge.
  • Unfortunately custom product, special order product, and special order quantities cannot be returned
  • We accept product in resaleable condition for return. With the exception of warranties, product that is cut, painted or stained, has nails and fasteners, that is wet or frozen and/or otherwise damaged will not be picked up or valid for credit.
  • Return product can be accepted at our store during regular business hours.
  • We can also pick up your returns from your jobsite. Please note a modest freight charge applies, even if we are already delivering materials to the site. This reflects the additional handling costs.
  • Please do not include non-returnable product in a pickup. This product will be destroyed and disposal fees may apply. We will not be able to store or return the product.
  • Customers can request a refund at any time, however most customers prefer credits to be left on the account for future purchases. Consequently credits will remain on the account until the customer requests a refund (except in the case of in-house credits or other circumstances where refunds are not valid).
  • Credits will be refunded in the manner purchased. For example, a purchase on a credit card will be refunded on a credit card.
  • Refund credits are processed twice monthly (15th and EOM).
  • Credit balances are kept on the account for two years,after which if the credit is still unused we will attempt to contact the customer by mail a number of times. If we are still unable to contact the customer the credit will be removed from the account, but still available for another two years, after which the credit will become void
